Tea also known as Chai
is the most popular beverage in the whole world. There are basically three main
varieties of the tea plant - China, Assam, and Cambodia. The China variety grows
as high as nine feet. It has an economic life of around 100 years. The Assam variety grows
up to 60 feet in height. Pruning is done to keep its height around 5 feet. It
